Anxiety Disorder is a generic term used to describe anxiety attacks and other related issues. Typically an anxiety attack is a random feeling of anxiety coming over the user, but it’s generally much stronger than what the average person experiences. It can be accompanied by fear, paranoia, distrust, and in some cases violent outbursts. These outbursts are unintentional and the person can’t be blamed for them.

Anxiety attacks are beyond peoples control for the most part. People who suffer from these attacks often try to go to their doctor for help but all they do is give medication. Once the attacks start you can do a few things to control it. Make sure you stay calm and keep your breathing level, and slow. This will help you maintain your cool during the attack. Above all stay calm; it’s just an anxiety attack, no ones actually going to hurt you. Keeping your head during these attacks can help the attack pass quicker, and can make it more bearable.

Another option you have when the attack hit’s is to meditate. Meditation can help clear your mind, and if your mind is clear then there is nothing for the anxiety to prey on. Of course meditation and exercise can help anyone’s health in general. But practicing these repeatedly during an attack can help lessen the affects. When practiced over a period of time they can in fact eliminate the anxiety attacks all together.
